Email hello@romastudent.com and say what happened and what phone you are on. We usually reply the same day.

A place is wrong, closed, or shouldn't be here

Tell us and we will fix or remove it. If somewhere turned you away with a discount we listed, tell us that too — we take those down the same day.

My university email won't verify

We support John Cabot, AUR, Temple Rome, Sapienza, Roma Tre and LUISS. If you study in Rome somewhere else, email us and we will add your domain.

Reporting someone

Every profile, post, review and message has a report option. You can also block anyone, which hides them from you and you from them.

Deleting your account

In the app: You → Account → Delete account. It is permanent and immediate.
